Wood worth
the wait.
Each board is cut straight from a single slab of local timber — its grain, tone and character entirely its own. No two are ever alike.

It began in 2003 with a single order of camphor laurel boards bound for California. One craftsman, in control of every step — logging the tree, milling the log, drying the slab, shaping the board — until it reaches your hands.
Air-dried a full year
Slabs season slowly and naturally, never kiln-forced — settling to the right moisture without ever stressing the timber.
One single slab
Each board is cut straight from one piece of wood. No joints, no glue — maximum strength and unbroken grain end to end.
Naturally antibacterial
Camphor's own oils resist bacteria — a clean, food-safe surface that only improves with age.
A weed, made worth keeping.
Camphor laurel is a declared weed across these regions. Harvesting it clears space for ecologically important native species to regenerate — so every board carries a quiet environmental benefit. All our timber is local.
The timbers we work
All locally sourcedPlus Pizza boards (305–385mm) and Paddle boards (300mm). Every board is finished with grapeseed oil and entirely unique.
